Terrible service. I used R&S Maids Service for move-in cleaning for my new home. They seem to have been chilling while no was at home, and only after I arrived at home after 2 hours they seem to actually start meaningfully cleaning. Even then, the maids repeatedly refused to clean upper shelves portions and tight spots, doing minimal work at slow speed. They overcharged for 2.5 additional hours and added additional processing fees in the invoice. Because of this terrible experience, I cancelled move-out cleaning for my old home with them, hired a different agency that did amazing cleaning in half the costs.

Raquel and her team did a fantastic job on our move- out clean to prepare our home for our renters. She even deep cleaned our carpet with a Bissell per our request for less than you’d pay specific carpet cleaners. Would recommend and would hire them again!

Good cleaning services focus on the details. They cleaned top of the baseboards in the bathroom! And they were great with my dog. Highly recommend!
